Free 2 week Trial Taekwondo Lessons
At Cadet Martial Arts Fitness we have age specific classes available for all ages 3 years and up, all levels of experience and fitness. Martial arts is one of the best ways to improve; confidence, focus, fitness, control, body tone, strength, flexibilty and coordination. We strive to help our students achieve thier goals – what ever they may be.
We offer Martial Arts classes for all age groups.
We have experienced personal trainers offering classes such as Zumba, Yoga and Kickboxing.
Monday-Friday: 9am – 9pm
Saturday: 8am – 3:30pm
