Our Lil’ Dragon program is an excellent choice for giving your child a strong start on life. Whether it be the early demands and concerns of pre-school, or the natural fears of loosening the reigns of control on your child’s daily activities. These early years are so vital in developing the habits that lead to a healthier, happier and more confident child
This program was designed to target the skills that children aged 7-9 are primarily developing. These skills include: concentration, courage, perseverance, intensity, speed, agility, technique, and flexibility.
The Teens program is designed for high school students who want to get fit, train hard and learn new skills in Martial Arts and Taekwondo. During classes important topics such as Drug Awareness, Personal Safety, Peer Pressure, Stranger Awareness and Achievement are also discussed.
This program includes training not only in the art of Taekwondo but also in self-defence and fitness. Adults classes assist with improving muscular strength and tone, flexibility, cardiovascular work outs and not to mention relieving stress. Cadet Martial Arts& Fitness prides itself in having the best quality instructors and students, but most importantly still maintaining that friendly environment in which the goals of each individual member are met.
Classes For All Fitness Levels
Classes are offered and tailored for students of different age groups including children at preschool age. Our facility has one of the most unique after school martial arts programs in the area. Although our main curriculum is Taekwondo-based, we incorporate a hybrid of techniques from other martial arts disciplines such as Karate, Judo, and Thai Kickboxing for our training. We maintain international training and grading standards as set by the World Taekwondo Federation.
We also have Personal Training programs available to meet your personal and unique fitness goals.

CMAF adult skills-based training programs are designed to provide adults with a comprehensive fitness solution. Unlike most workouts, which focus on either cardiovascular OR strength training, the martial arts workouts at Cadet Martial Arts& Fitness are designed to condition your whole body, and they do it in the same amount of time most people commit to working on just one of these areas at the gym.
One of the most obvious benefits of martial arts training at Cadet Martial Arts is the development of self-defense skills and the piece of mind that goes along with those skills. The Cadet Martial Arts curriculum is comprised of time-tested and proven techniques that were developed in the real world.
Monday-Friday: 9am – 9pm
Saturday: 8am – 3:30pm
